🥢 Jing, a popular Asian-inspired restaurant and lounge designed to feel equal parts dinner destination and late-night hotspot, has opened its newest location on the northeast corner of Scottsdale and Shea in Scottsdale.
The Scottsdale location is Jing’s fourth. Others are in Las Vegas, Aspen, and Denver.
Jing’s menu focuses on seafood and steaks.
The former features sushi and a raw bar, where offerings top out at $195 for a single ounce of Osetra caviar with accoutrements. The latter includes steaks butchered in-house and A5 Japanese wagyu seared on ishiyaki stones.
Other house specialities range from Peking duck to tuna pizza to lobster XO fried rice.
Signature cocktails include the Drunken Buddha, a bright mix of lemon vodka, limoncello, sauvignon blanc, and pineapple, and the sleek Lychee Martini with citrus-infused Tito’s and lychee purée.
