🌯 Guscht Döner House has opened in front of the Harkins Theatres at SanTan Village, bringing a taste of Turkish street food to the busy Gilbert shopping center.
The fast-casual spot specializes in döner kebabs – which later became a staple of German street culture – built around shaved, spiced meats tucked into warm flatbread and loaded with crisp vegetables and house sauces.
Diners can choose from classic döner preparations with thinly sliced beef or chicken layered with lettuce, tomato, onion, and red cabbage, then finished with creamy garlic sauce or a touch of heat.
The menu also includes döner boxes, wraps, and vegetarian options.
