🍖 Sazas Pampered, a halal-certified barbecue restaurant, has opened in the old Hap’s Pit Barbecue strip-mall space on the southeast corner of Washington and 48th Street in east Phoenix.
The signature menu item is beef brisket – smoked over cherry and mesquite wood and served as a plate, bowl, or sliders. Other smoked meats available are lamb, chicken, and chicken wings.
Sides include mac and cheese, coleslaw, rice, corn on the cob, Texas toast, and cornbread.
