🌯 California-based Burros & Fries has opened its third Valley location on the southeast corner of Higley and Guadalupe in Gilbert.
As its name states, the fast-casual Mexican eatery specializes in burros and loaded fries – 28 varieties of the former, 12 of the latter – but the menu also offers tacos, quesadillas, tortas, bowls, and more.
The chain made its Arizona debut in Glendale in 2021 and expanded to Surprise in 2023 and Yuma in 2025. Its other 13 locations are in California.
