Undertow hosts 10th-anniversary hog feast with Scott Baird

🐖 Immersive nautical-themed tiki bar Undertow is kicking off a year-long celebration of its 10-year anniversary with a whole hog feast with guest chef Scott Baird from noon to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, at its Arcadia location.

Baird founded Trick Dog (often recognized as one of the world’s top 50 bars) and created the drink program for legendary cocktail bar Starlite, both in San Francisco. He also oversees Pig & Punch, the closing hog roast party at the annual Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans.

The ‘‘voyage’’ at Undertow, limited to 80 guests, is $60 per person, which includes two exotic drinks of your choosing and a plate lunch of whole hog slow-roasted in a traditional Caja China fire chest.
