Whiskey bar Still & Barrel opens next to Phoenix City Grille

🥃 Still & Barrel, a polished yet approachable new destination for whiskey lovers and cocktail enthusiasts, has opened on the southwest corner of Bethany Home and 16th Street in Phoenix.

The bar was launched by Sheldon Knapp, who founded the neighboring Phoenix City Grille in 1997, and Dennis Shaw, who became owner-operator of PCG in 2024.

Still & Barrel offers an extensive whiskey selection spanning Kentucky bourbons, small-batch American labels, and international standouts, alongside a cocktail list that balances spirit-forward classics with seasonal riffs. There’s also a curated lineup of beer and wine.

A small food menu features shareable plates such as a 6-ounce sliced Argentine ribeye, duck tacos, tuna tostadas, and short rib empanadas.
