🍕 A taste of the Pacific Northwest has landed in the East Valley. Cascadia Pizza Co. – a growing pizzeria concept rooted in Northwest flavors – has opened its first Arizona location, bringing its signature pies to the northwest corner of Baseline and Lakeshore in south Tempe.
It takes over the space formerly home to Crust Pizzeria after a sale to franchisees Mike and Sammie Arnold facilitated by The Restaurant Brokers.
Cascadia Pizza specializes in wood-fired, Neapolitan-inspired pizzas with long-fermented dough that bakes up airy with a lightly blistered crust. Each pie starts with a choice of three bases – red sauce, garlic sauce, or BBQ sauce – and comes in 10-inch or 14-inch sizes, making it easy to go solo or share.
The menu mixes classics with more creative combinations. Highlights include the Wenatchee with bacon, apple, gorgonzola, and balsamic; the Tahoma with chicken, mushrooms, parmesan, goat cheese, and pesto; and the Nona, finished with ricotta, basil, and Mike’s Hot Honey.
Traditionalists can stick with Pepperoni, Butcher, or the Cascadia Margherita, while options like the Northwestern (prosciutto, pear, arugula, balsamic) and BBQ-forward Lolo have a more adventurous edge.
Beyond pizza, Cascadia offers salads, wood-fired chicken wings, shareables like cheesy bread, and breadstick-style sides with dipping cups.
Dessert keeps the theme going with sweet pies, including an Apple Pie with whipped cream cheese and a S’mores Pie topped with chocolate drizzle.
Cascadia Pizza is open for lunch and dinner daily.
