🥗 Mendocino Farms – the fast-growing California-born sandwich and salad concept known for chef-driven ingredients and feel-good vibes – officially makes its Arizona debut today at Gainey Ranch on the southeast corner of Scottsdale and Doubletree Ranch roads in Scottsdale.
The new restaurant brings Mendocino Farms’ signature mix of elevated comfort food and bright, produce-forward cooking to the Valley with a menu that leans heavily on scratch-made components, seasonal produce, and responsibly sourced proteins.
Fan favorites include the Not So Fried Chicken Sandwich with herb aioli and pickles, the Peruvian Steak Sandwich layered with aji amarillo sauce, and vibrant salads such as the Avocado & Quinoa Superfood Ensalada.
The 3,000-square-foot location, which has a patio, is open for lunch and dinner daily.
