SugarJam sibling Soul Fire Tacos launches at Scottsdale Airpark

🌮 Soul Fire Tacos, a new concept from SugarJam founder Dana Dumas, has opened just a few doors down from its sibling on the northeast corner of Hayden and 82nd Street at the Scottsdale Airpark.

The fast-casual concept, described as South meets Southwest, offers beer-battered catfish tacos, short rib birria tacos, crispy Japanese panko shrimp, and tequila lime wings.

The signature menu item, the Soul Roll, features golden-fried mac and cheese, candied yams, and greens.

Johnnie Dixon, a former Ohio State wide receiver who spent a season-plus on the Arizona Cardinals’ practice squad, heads the kitchen.

Soul Fire Tacos is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday and lunch Sunday.
