Elevated Mexican restaurant Santo Agave opens at Park West

🌮 Santo Agave, an elevated Mexican restaurant showcasing regional styles from Sinaloa-style seafood to Jalisco-influenced beef dishes from a Josper charcoal oven, has opened in front of the Harkins Theatres at Park West in Peoria.

Menu highlights include bone marrow tacos, a raw bar with daily market oysters and black sauce poached shrimp, grilled octopus with chimichurri, the ubiquitous 40-ounce bone-in tomahawk ribeye, and a sub-zero vanilla dessert for two served tableside.

The restaurant’s signature frozen cocktail, the Santo Agave, blends tequila blanco with orange liqueur, lime, mango, agave syrup, and pepper syrup.

Open for dinner daily.
