Din Tai Fung, a world-renowned Chinese restaurant whose original location in Taiwan has received multiple Michelin stars, has announced the date of its Arizona debut at Scottsdale Fashion Square.
The restaurant will host a reservation-only soft opening beginning on March 12, followed by its official grand opening on April 20, which is when it will begin allowing walk-ins, takeout and delivery.
Reservations opened this morning online.
Din Tai Fung is most famous for its xiao long bao, which are steamed dumplings filled with pork, chicken, or crab. The menu also includes soups, wontons, noodles, wok dishes, and more.
The restaurant has 19 locations in the U.S. Eleven are in California, four in Washington, two in Oregon, one in New York, and one in Las Vegas.
