🧆 Hashtag 48 Modern Kitchen, a refined Mediterranean restaurant and hookah lounge, has opened in the Laguna Village shopping center on the southeast corner of Ray and Kyrene in west Chandler.
It takes over the space formerly home to Lebanese Palace, which closed late last year.
The menu blends Mediterranean comfort food with a few European touches. Sandwiches focus on shawarma, kefta, falafel, and chicken tikka, while homestyle dishes include lamb shank, musakhan, baked eggplant, and chicken entrées.
From the grill, there’s a wide lineup of kebabs, shawarma plates, seafood, and hearty meats like lamb chops and steaks, plus upscale options such as osso buco, lobster, and surf and turf.
Open for lunch and dinner daily.
