Build-your-own ramen spot UseUrNoodle opens in Chandler

🍜 A new fast-casual spot that calls itself the Valley’s ‘‘original do-it-yourself ramen cafe’’ has opened in south Chandler.

UseUrNoodle has made its debut on the northwest corner of Alma School and Queen Creek, offering a build-your-own approach to Asian comfort food with a surprisingly budget-friendly price structure.

The menu centers on ramen bowls priced between $7 and $9, each including three vegetables at no extra charge.

Guests can choose their pre-packaged noodle base (pictured lower left) and then add toppings from a selection of vegetables such as cabbage, bean sprouts, onions, and peppers.

Additional vegetables are $1 each, making it easy to build a hearty bowl without driving up the price.

Proteins – including options like chicken, pork, tofu, and others – are also just $1 apiece, allowing diners to customize their bowl depending on appetite and budget.

With the base price and free vegetables, many bowls can come in under $10.

After creating your bowl, you take it to one of the induction cooktops (lower right) and stir it while watching it heat up.

UseUrNoodle is open for lunch and dinner daily.
