🏀 Sports fans in the south Valley have a new place to catch the game. Caesars Sportsbar opens at 5 p.m. today inside Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino in Maricopa, pairing wall-to-wall screens with a menu of game-day favorites and a beverage program built for sports watching.
The casual sportsbook lounge leans into classic bar fare, with shareable starters like beer cheese dip with tortilla chips and Canadian-style poutine topped with onion gravy and cheese curds.
A lineup of 12-inch handmade pizzas includes margherita, pepperoni, meat lovers, and cheese – each also available as a calzone with house-made ricotta.
Heartier fare ranges from smashburgers, chicken sandwiches, and a Pittsburgh-style “Burgh” stacked with corned beef, fries, slaw and tomatoes to entrees like fried chicken baskets and steak de burgo with a loaded baked potato.
The bar program highlights draft beers inspired by sports cities around the country, alongside a local exclusive: Ak-Chin Farms Pecan Amber, brewed with pecans grown at nearby Ak-Chin Farms.
Cocktails lean heavily into tequila and other agave spirits. On weekends, guests can build their own drinks at a Bloody Mary bar stocked with house-made pickles and other garnishes.
