☕️ PIP Coffee & Clay has opened a new location just north of Chandler High near the southwest corner of Arizona and Oakland, serving specialty coffee drinks alongside pastries and light bites.
The 3,300-square-foot space – set inside a restored 1930s adobe mid-century property – pairs a coffee bar with ceramics studios for wheel-throwing classes and workshops.
Owners Mara Friedman and KC Bonnem now operate three locations, with the Chandler outpost joining their original Phoenix shop and Tempe studio.
