🥟 Din Tai Fung, the world-renowned Chinese restaurant whose original location in Taiwan has received multiple Michelin stars, soft-opens – by reservation only – today at Scottsdale Fashion Square.
The official grand opening of its first Arizona location is scheduled for April 20, when it will begin allowing walk-ins, takeout, and delivery.
Din Tai Fung is famous for its steamed dumplings filled with pork, chicken, or crab. The menu also includes soups, wontons, noodles, and wok dishes.
Reservations are released online on a daily basis.
