🥘 San Idli, a restaurant specializing in traditional, plant-based fare rooted in the southern regions of India, has opened on the northwest corner of I-17 and Bell in north Phoenix.
As its name suggests, idli (soft, steamed rice cakes) are a centerpiece, served alongside a rotating lineup of chutneys and sambar.
The menu also features crispy dosas (thin, crepe-like wraps) filled with spiced potatoes and other savory ingredients, along with vada, uttapam, and hearty rice plates layered with bold, tangy flavors.
Open for lunch and dinner daily.
