
🍕 Picazzo’s Healthy Italian Kitchen has planted its seventh Arizona flag in Glendale, and it’s bringing the full “wait, this is healthy?” treatment to the northwest Valley.
Founded in Sedona back in 2008, this family-owned operation has quietly built what they claim is the largest gluten-free menu in the United States – which is either very impressive or possibly a sign that someone in corporate has a vendetta against wheat.
The menu is Italian-ish, in the way that ‘‘fusion’’ means they’ll happily throw Asian and Mexican influences on your pizza and dare you to complain. Vegan? Covered. Gluten-free? Obviously.
