🥃 Isabel’s Amor, the Sonoran-inspired Gilbert restaurant from the family behind Someburros, has introduced a signature house tequila.
Founder Tim Vasquez traveled to Jalisco, Mexico, where he collaborated with master distillers at Casa Herradura to craft a barrel-aged expression rooted in tradition.
The spirit is a heartfelt tribute to Nana Isabel, the family matriarch whose warmth and hospitality inspired the restaurant’s entire ethos.
To celebrate the launch, Isabel’s Amor has rolled out four exclusive cocktails throughout May – the tropical Pasion de Isabel, the coffee-forward Tequila Carajillo, the bubbly Raspberry Besito, and the citrusy Sonoran Sunset Spritz.
Guests can vote for their favorite all month long, with the winning drink earning a permanent spot on the menu.
