🍕 If you haven’t made it to Craft 64 lately, their May specials are giving you every reason to go – and go soon.
The Carne Asada Pizza is the headliner: citrus-marinated skirt steak (soaking for a full three days, people), laid over house-made cilantro pesto with fresh mozzarella and parmesan, then finished with bright pico de gallo.
Taco Tuesday loyalists, meet your new obsession – Tha Taco Pizza. House-made taco meat sauce, black beans, peppers, jalapeños, and cilantro, all crowned with shredded Romaine and a Tex-Mex cream and cheddar finish.
The Sweet ’n’ Hot Honey & Tajin Wings are house-smoked then wood-fired (never frozen, not once), tossed in a spiced honey tajin pepper sauce that hits every note at once.
Rounding it out: the Ensalada de Fruta – arugula, watermelon, Mandarin oranges, heirloom tomatoes, and red onion with queso fresco and Tajin, dressed in a tequila-lime vinaigrette with Corrido blanco tequila.
Now about the drinks. A Mexican in Manhattan does exactly what the name promises – a classic Manhattan built with Corrido añejo tequila. Sophisticated, smoky, and just a little rebellious.
Prefer something a little brighter? The Mango Margarita keeps it simple and crushable: Sauza Blanco, mango puree, lime juice, and orange liqueur.
