🥨 Downtown Mesa pretzel shop The Salted Knot will be permanently closing its doors on Sunday, May 31.
Owners Maria and Chad announced the news on Instagram, citing a natural end to their self-described ‘‘five-year plan’’ (which turned into nearly six years of pretzel-slinging).
The duo started the business out of their home kitchen, grew through markets and events, and eventually landed in a brick-and-mortar storefront.
No sale, no rebrand, no new location – just a graceful exit to pursue something entirely new.
