🐟 Blu Seafood has expanding into central Scottsdale with a second location on the southeast corner of Hayden and McCormick Parkway, taking over the former Obon Sushi space.
The Sonoran-inspired seafood concept – known for fresh fish tacos, tostadas, and house-made sauces – is a project of local restaurant group MikMar Investments, which also is behind Miel de Agave, Roma23, and the upcoming Mi Abuela.
Blu’s first Valley location opened in late 2024 at Verde at Cooley Station in Gilbert. The concept draws on the coastal flavors of Sonora, pairing seafood with bold preparations and a relaxed, resort-like vibe.
Open for lunch and dinner daily.
