212° Shabu Shabu opens at The Watermark in Tempe

🍲 Kaos Hospitality, the team behind the splashy Three Thirty Three at Tempe’s Watermark, has opened hot pot concept 212° Shabu Shabu at the development on the southwest corner of the Loop 202 and Scottsdale Road.

Named for the boiling point of water, the concept puts guests in charge of cooking thinly sliced meats, seafood, and vegetables in simmering broth at built-in induction ranges right at the table.

The menu upgrades the traditional format with premium proteins like A5 wagyu, toro, Kurobuta pork, and lobster tail.

Snackable starters include shrimp tempura eggrolls, chicken karaage, and cucumber salad, while desserts run to ube cheesecake and yuzu sorbet.

Open 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
