🍨 Brooker’s Founding Flavors – the Utah-born ice cream concept that blends a love of American history with super-premium scoops – opened Saturday in Chandler, making it the brand’s first Arizona location.
The shop is tucked between Dave’s Hot Chicken and Chick-fil-A on the north side of Chandler Boulevard just east of the Loop 101.
Think Disney-style dining meets Early American history: colonial décor, period music, and costumed staff set the scene – and then the ice cream steals the show.
Flavors are named after founding figures with a wink, including Alexander Hamilton’s Not Throwing Away My Scoop and Patrick Henry’s Give Me Chocolate or Give Me Death.
The ‘‘drinking chocolate’’ menu goes full civics lesson, with 13 flavors representing each of the original colonies, ranging from New Hampshire’s white chocolate and peppermint to South Carolin’s salted caramel.
Open 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday.
