🍖 The former Dickey’s Barbecue Pit on the northwest corner of the Loop 101 and Raintree in north Scottsdale has gone independent as Copper State Barbecue Company.
Now locally owned, the smokehouse is taking a community-first approach, slow-smoking small-batch meats daily over an Arizona blend of pecan, oak, hickory, and mesquite.
The menu features its siganture mesquite-smoked brisket, pork ribs, pulled pork, and Hatch green chile sausages alongside house-made sides like mac and cheese and loaded baked beans.
Open 11 a.m.-whenever they sell out (usually around 7 p.m.) Tuesday-Saturday.
