
👨🍳 Chef Chris Collins – the guy behind Saint Urban, The Neighborly, Collins Brothers Public House, and several other brand – has opened One Sixth, a single restaurant that operates as six different brands.
It takes over chef Mark Tarbell’s Cultivate, which lasted less than a year at the Bond high-end office building on the northeast corner of Camelback and 32nd Street in Phoenix.
Hungry for tacos? Bobo Jefe’s Vecina Cocina has you covered. Craving pizza? SBK Pizzeria. There’s also Mediterranean coastal café Perissa, a sushi and raw bar called Saltwater Saint, a BBQ-and-sandwich joint named Misfit Cowboy, and a dessert counter, Sweet Provisions.
Sit-down service is available, and diners can order from any of the menus.
Open 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday.
