🍔 West Chandler has a new neighborhood bar: Bourbon Jim’s opened last weekend in the space formerly occupied by Jersey D’s Tavern & Grill on the southeast corner of Ray and Kyrene.
The result is a ‘‘rock ’n’ roll, country, and everything in between’’ hangout with 20-plus beers on tap, a deep bourbon and craft tequila shelf, and more than 15 big-screen TVs for sports. A state-of-the-art stage hosts live bands every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
The food is all made from scratch – half-pound Gold Canyon Angus burgers, loaded fry baskets, and a Stadium Dogs section that puts a Sonoran dog and a dessert-style churro dog on the same menu.
For co-owner Jolie Boucher, it’s her third Chandler bar launch, following Jolie’s Place and Good Time Charli’s.
Open 11 a.m.-midnight Monday-Wednesday, 11 a.m.-2 a.m. Thursday-Friday, and 8 a.m.-2 a.m. Saturday-Sunday.
