🐖 Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille is claiming National Pork Chop Day as its own Thursday with a four-course, dine-in menu for $44 built entirely around the dish it has spent more than 40 years perfecting.I
It’s the newly opened Gilbert location’s first shot at the holiday – Perry’s made its Arizona debut at Northside at SanTan Village in June, bringing its pecan-wood-roasted pork chop to the East Valley for the first time.
Available from 4 p.m. to close Thursday, the menu carries pork through nearly every course. Diners start with a choice of Perry’s Famous Pork Chop ‘‘Bites,’’ White Bean Pork Chili, or one of three other starters and soup/salad options, before landing on the 18-ounce Perry’s Famous Pork Chop (lunch-cut, pictured) as the entrée centerpiece.
The special is dine-in only and isn’t available to-go.
