🍲 Spam fried rice, anyone? That’s just one of the many dishes you’ll encounter at Pho Sedona, a promising new Vietnamese restaurant on the southeast corner of 16th Street and Bell in north Phoenix.
The space has been home to numerous concepts, ranging from Aimee’s Swine House to Mantra Indian Cuisine to Captain Jo’s.
Pho Sedona’s extensive menu mostly sticks to traditional favorites – banh mi, vermicelli, fried rice, stir-fry noodles, and a hefty selection of 20 namesake phos – with specialties like shaken beef and rotisserie chicken.
Open 10 a.m.-9 p.m. daily.
