Salt & Straw teams up with Apple Annie’s for cider donut pop-up

🍨🍩 Artisan ice cream shop Salt & Straw is joining forces with local orchard Apple Annie’s for a special pop-up at its Gilbert and Uptown Phoenix locations from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday.

Guests can pair Apple Annie’s freshly made apple cider donuts with Salt & Straw’s September Apple Series. The first 25 guests who order from the Apple Series will score an apple cider ice cream float made with Apple Annie’s own cider, and the first 100 guests get a bonus à la mode treat: an Apple Annie’s apple cider donut on top of their scoop.

The Apple Series lineup includes a brand-new Salted Caramel Apple Pie flavor, plus returning favorites like Apple Cider Donuts, Apple & Cheddar Cinnamon Rolls, Vanilla Apple Custard Tart, and the dairy-free Hoppy Apple Cider Sorbet, made with dry-hopped cider as a nod to the Pacific Northwest’s apple and hop harvests.
