The Serranos Mexican Restaurant at Power and Southern in east Mesa will celebrate its 39th anniversary with the return of the $17.99 Serrano Sampler (pictured) this week, plus free cake and balloons Saturday.
Through the end of the month, diners also can pick up an Anniversary Passport with six experiences:
- Purchasing an appetizer or dessert
- Trying one of the monthly specials
- Ordering a house specialty
- Placing a to-go order
- Downloading the Serrano’s mobile app
- Signing up for Serrano’s Flash Sale emails
Those who complete four of the six will get a free entree up to $18.99. Anyone who does all six will get $30 in Serrano’s Cash.
