Los Milics Vineyards returns to Old Town, now with mozzarella

Los Milics Vineyards is back in Old Town Scottsdale, and this time there’s cheese. The acclaimed Southern Arizona winery, led by winemaker and FnB co-owner Pavle Milic, has opened its new Scottsdale Tasting Room & Mozzarella Bar on the corner of Marshall Way and Third Avenue.

The opening comes a little over a month after Los Milics closed its original Scottsdale tasting room, which opened in 2024, to get the new space ready across the street.

What’s on the menu

The stylish space pours Los Milics’ Arizona wines by the glass and by the bottle, along with wine flights for anyone who wants to sip their way through the lineup. The wine bar menu is built for grazing, sharing, or settling in for a leisurely lunch.

The real showstopper, though, is the open kitchen just behind the bar, where the team hand-pulls fresh mozzarella in full view of guests. Few things pair better with a glass of high-desert wine than cheese made just a few feet away.

Built for lingering

When the weather cooperates (and fall in Scottsdale is exactly when it does), two patios offer extra room to linger over a glass and soak up the buzz of Old Town.

The Scottsdale location joins Los Milics’ original tasting room, The Biscuit dinner spot, and boutique casitas in Elgin, plus a restaurant and tasting room in downtown Tucson.

Hours

Open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday.
