Ahwatukee has a new spot to watch the game, and its menu wanders well beyond wings and burgers. Par Five Sports Grill has soft-opened on the southwest corner of Chandler Boulevard and Desert Foothills Parkway with big screens, a full bar, live music, DJs, and karaoke nights.
It’s the second sports bar to open in Ahwatukee this fall, following Pregame Sports Grill, which took over the old CK’s Tavern spot a few miles west on Chandler Boulevard in August.
What’s on the menu
The surprise here is the kitchen’s Asian streak. Alongside smash burgers, a ribeye French dip ($17.29) and a pound of jumbo wings in 10 sauces, you’ll find a Vietnamese salad of rice noodles, pineapple, mint, and roasted peanuts ($16.12), Saigon lettuce wraps ($15.13), and Korean BBQ tacos with creamy sriracha ($16.12).
There’s Sonoran comfort, too, in enchiladas, chimichangas, and a ribeye ranchero ($28). Bigger spenders can go for an 8-ounce lobster tail dinner ($37.18).
