The grocery store DJ parties that took over social media are making their Arizona debut. Seafood City brings Late Night Madness to its new Chandler Fashion Center store Saturday from 9 p.m. to midnight.
For the first time, the party moves outdoors into the parking lot.
What to expect
The free, all-ages event celebrates Filipino American History Month with DJs from California and Arizona, dance battles, and Last One Standing, a remix of the classic Filipino newspaper dance game.
The Overload Series swaps nacho chips for chicharon, crispy chicken skin and lumpia, and street tacos, skewers, and Filipino-flavored popsicles round out the menu.
Local designers, including Mesa’s GORI, are also dropping exclusive merch.
