North Scottsdale has a new spot for pasta night. Costa Bella Italian Kitchen has opened at 14692 N. Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. (map), serving coastal-leaning Italian classics in a warm, modern room.
The menu sticks to familiar favorites done with care: rigatoni Bolognese finished with ricotta, lasagna al forno, chicken or veal piccata and Marsala, and fettuccine Alfredo topped with burrata.
There are also full sections for seafood, risotto, and ravioli. Most entrées run $21 to $29, and you can swap in fresh or gluten-free pasta.
Deals
For a deal, grab a bar seat during happy hour, 4 to 6 p.m. daily. Wine is $6 and martinis are $8, with small plates like seared diver scallops ($14), calamari ($9), and meatballs ($7).
On Mondays, every bottle of wine is half price.
