Sartén sizzles into Denū Hotel & Spa in downtown Phoenix

Fresh off the ‘‘skillet’’: Sartén Kitchen & Bar is now open inside the freshly debuted Denū Hotel & Spa, serving all-day modern Sonoran fare built on desert citrus, mesquite, chiltepín, blue corn, and agave.

Start with Fire-Roasted Bone Marrow and Cast Iron Mesquite Cornbread, then go big with a 14-ounce Prime Ribeye. On weekends, the star at Gather Brunch is a cinnamon roll baked to order and finished tableside with warm mesquite honey butter.

The bar leans into smoke, agave and charred fruit, with live music and happy hour on the patio.

Upstairs, Nidos Rooftop Bar pours Guava Frosé alongside Wagyu sliders and skyline views. Down at street level, Blend Café pulls La Marzocco espresso from a walk-up window on Adams Street.
