Salt Tacos y Tequila has opened at Verrado Marketplace in Buckeye, giving the modern Mexican restaurant and bar its third Valley location. It joins sister spots at The Shops at Norterra in north Phoenix and SanTan Village in Gilbert.
The brand got its start in 2015 at Westgate in Glendale, which closed in December 2025, making Verrado its new West Valley home.
Salt is part of a growing dining lineup at the West Valley center, which also includes Shake Shack, Sourdough & Co., and Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream. OHSO Brewery & Distillery, Paris Baguette, BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, and Thai Chili 2 Go will join them soon.
What’s on the menu
Scratch-made ceviche, tacos, sizzling fajitas, and handcrafted margaritas, backed by a list of more than 150 tequilas.
