Chickadees Chicken and Fries and Grindhouse Espresso Bar have opened in the former Oasis Cafe space near the southeast corner of Camelback and Buckboard Trail in Old Town Scottsdale.
The menus: Chickadees offers a half-dozen fried chicken sandwiches, as well as salad versions of each. Grindhouse serves coffee drinks, frappes, smoothies, and energy drinks.
The group: Both businesses are from AR Concepts, the restaurant group best-known for Mesquite Fresh Street Mex.
Open: Chickadees is open from 10 a.m.-3 a.m. daily. Grindhouse is open from 6 a.m.-3 a.m. daily.
