DEZ Burrito Company, a Valley food truck that shut down last August, has reopened as a bricks-and-mortar restaurant on the southwest corner of Cooper and Ray in Chandler.
The space: The former Central Pop gourmet popcorn strip-mall space next to Two Hands corn dogs.
