Kuko’s Nest, a fast-casual Greek grill and sandwich shop, has opened in the Planet Fitness center on the southeast corner of Mountain View and Via Linda in Scottsdale.
The owners: The Tompras family also operates Old World steakhouse Feeney’s in uptown Phoenix.
The food: Oven-roasted Greek-style chicken, kabob skewers, pita wraps and sandwiches, avgolemono soup, and loukoumades for dessert.
The drinks: Fountain beverages.
Hours: 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Saturday, 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday.
