Forefathers Cheesesteaks opens its third location today, taking over the former Farmboy Market, Meats & Sandwiches strip-mall space on the southwest corner of Alma School and Queen Creek in south Chandler.
Locally owned Forefathers – which serves cheesesteaks, salads, and fries – debuted in south Tempe in 2007 and added a Scottsdale location in 2017.
Hours for the Chandler location are 11 a.m.-8 p.m. daily.
Farmboy, a scratch-kitchen smokehouse, closed in August 2020.
