Local juice bar chain Kaleidoscope Juice has opened its seventh location – and first in the East Valley – in downtown Gilbert.
It’s located behind Zinburger (next to the still-closed Clever Koi) in the Heritage Marketplace. Kaleidoscope’s other six locations are in Phoenix and Scottsdale.
The 1,100-square-foot Gilbert space offers fresh-pressed juices, smoothies, açaí and pitaya bowls, and ‘‘things on toast.’’
A gluten-free bakery at the back of the shop has protein cookies, muffins, Keto brownies, and quick breads.
For its soft opening (through March 15), Kaleidoscope is open 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday.
