🍽 Amelia’s by Eat, a neighborhood restaurant and market offering an all-day counter-service menu, has opened on the northwest corner of Hayden and Via de Ventura in the McCormick Ranch neighborhood in Scottsdale.
Menu highlights include Stacey’s Famous Chicken Rice Enchilada, Gluten Free Pot Pie, Rotisserie Chicken Banh Mi, and Greek Falafel Salad.
Owner Stacy Weber has spent seven years working as a personal chef and caterer through her Phoenix company Eat. She named her restaurant in honor of her grandmother.
