The Union Jack, a British restaurant, has taken over the former Skeptical Chymist Irish Pub on the southwest corner of the 101 and Frank Lloyd Wright in north Scottsdale.
The food: The breakfast menu, including a full English breakfast, is served all day. The lunch and dinner menu feature traditional favorites like fish and chips, bangers and mash, and steak and kidney pie.
Sports on TV: Like its predecessor, The Union Jack is a hangout for Seattle Seahawks fans and European soccer enthusiasts.
Hours: 10 a.m.-11 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 10 a.m.-midnight Friday, 6:45 a.m.-midnight Saturday, 8 a.m.-11 p.m. Sunday.
