Crystal Kass of Valentine in Phoenix is one of five finalists for the country’s Outstanding Pastry Chef or Baker.
Rene Andrade from Bacanora in Phoenix is one of five finalists for Best Chef Southwest, a region that includes Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and Oklahoma.
