Valley-based YC’s Mongolian Grill, a build-your-own stir-fry concept, opens its third Valley location at 11 a.m. today near the northwest corner of the 101 and Raintree in north Scottsdale.
The menu: Diners customize a bowl with veggies, rice, noodles, and sauces, and the ingredients are stir-fried by a YC’s chef on a flat-top grill.
The return: YC’s previous Scottsdale location was closed during the covid-19 pandemic.
Open: 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
