Closed: El Rico’s in Gilbert

El Rico’s Mexican Restaurant in Gilbert has closed, following in the footsteps of its sister location in Queen Creek. The second location had opened last summer on the southeast corner of McQueen and Elliot, and the original El Rico in Queen Creek closed shortly thereafter. The owners’ Facebook page says they’re working on a new location. In the meantime, they’re doing catering.
