Arizona’s twice-a-year Restaurant Week kicks off again Saturday, and once again East Valley participation is minimal.
More than 200 restaurants in the Phoenix and Tucson areas are taking part, but just 17 in the East Valley.
Through Sept. 23, each will offer a special three-course, prix-fixe menu for either $20, $30 or $40.
