It’s another busy beer weekend at the Watering Hole bar at Whole Foods Chandler.

At 7 tonight, Oskar Blues Brewery from Lyons, Colo., will be the subject of the store’s weekly Friday Beer Class. Besides the brewery’s core beers (Dale’s Pale, Mama’s Lil Yella Pils, etc.), the informal tasting will feature a blend of Old Chub and Smidy with raspberries. The tasting is $5.

At 4 p.m. Saturday, Whole Foods will debut RoadZoda, as well as feature several other beers, from Lake Havasu City’s Mudshark. The tangerine-horchata session beer was created by Whole Foods beer guru James Swann and East Valley home brewer Andrew Bauman (pictured).

You can read more about the creation of RoadZoda on Swann’s blog here.
