Hangar 24, a brewery in Redlands, Calif., known for its World War II-era aviation-inspired labels, has landed in the Valley.

The brewery’s ales hit Valley stores earlier this week, and there’s a private VIP release party with founder/brewmaster Ben Cook tonight at the Commemorative Air Force Museum at Falcon Field in east Mesa.

For the general public, the rollout party is 6-8 p.m. Friday at The Hungry Monk in Chandler, where Betty IPA, Chocolate Porter, California Spring seasonal, and Vinaceous, the first beer in Hangar 24’s popular Local Fields Series, will be on draft.

At 7 p.m., they’ll tap a keg of Pugachev Cobra, a Russian imperial stout that’s part of the brewery’s Barrel Roll Series.
